Traditions

The one tradition my husband and I look forward to every thanksgiving is deep-frying the turkey. The reason we look forward to it is because it was the only thing that we could agree on to cook during our first thanksgiving. To us it is a symbol of how we have built our family and came together as one. The way we do it is I defrost it because my husband is very forgetful and tends to leave ice on it and I always seasoning it because my husband thinks I am better at then him. Then he deep-fries it because I think he is better for the job and besides he always worried that I am going to get hurt. Once the turkey is done, which is usually about two or three hours later, we sit down and enjoy some traditional food from both sides of the family. Which is hard to compromise on what to eat because neither of us really likes what the other usually eats expect for the turkey.

Whats a community

Studying is a community. Studying is a community because it is made of thousands of people striving to do the same thing, be the best they can be in school. This exact thing holds them together sharing that same common ground. They are willing to help a follow student when they are having a hard time understanding something. A lot of times studying is done in groups so that more students can get help from others. Just about, everybody in this community share the need to be one of the best students, because if they are they will get further in the career of their choice. Some of the differences that work against this community are that not everyone can be the best student or people have different views in how much time should be put into studying.
I fit into this community because I am a college student. Most of my life is studying for a different class every day. I am proud to be a part of this community because it is filled with people with same ambition that I have. If I ever need help or advice, I can turn to someone in this community for help because they understand what I am going through.

What my purse says about me

The things that are typically in my purse are my wallet, gum, lotion, and hand sanitizer. So I asked some of my friends, if they did not know me and they found my purse what would think I was like. Some of the results were surprising. First off, they said that they would think that I am high class because my purse was coach. They also said that since it is so small they figure that I don’t carry much. They then said that I probably was anal about germs because of the hand sanitizer on the strap of my purse. I could not believe they got so much from just from the outside of my purse. However, that was not the end of it they still had the inside of my purse to do. When they say the lotion and lip-gloss, they then said again that I was high class and said that I was a girly girl. The gum being my purse brought them to saw that I was very much into my highgene. How they got that I don’t know. They knew I was a military dependent because of my military ID. Having military ID right where it is the first thing you see prompted them to think that I very loyal to my husband. My ID also gave an ideal how I look since my picture in on it and tells all my details like height, weight, and eye color. Then they went to say that I was change freak because I had change in my wallet. After they were done putting life pieces together, I realized how much you could tell about a person from just looking at their wallet or purse. However many things can be miss understood like people thinking I like change it is exactly the opposite, I hate change so I keep some on me so I can give correct cash. However, for the most everything that they said was true. There is not much that you would miss about me, if you found my wallet or purse and that did surprise me.

I saw a semi tire the size of my car fly past me today on the free way and to make things better a second tire pop and hit my car. Wow neve thought I would see anything like that.
